This yacht has been on the Italian Flag since new in 1990 (Data Prima Immatricolazione / Date of first registration 20th June 1990 Section D Italian Flag). Whilst no VAT invoice is available an Italian Registered yacht cannot be on the Italian Flag unless its tax paid status was accepted on Registration. When the Closure Certificate 'Nulla Osta' is issued it should also confirm that the Italian Authorities are satisfied that all taxes are paid.
