Neil & Rachel – Bought Bavaria 33 (British)

Their professionalism shone through, they helped and supported us far beyond our expectations, helping us through the disappointment of a failed purchase, and having to rearrange our holiday. We eventually purchased a Bavaria 33ft through Williams & Smithells a big thanks to all, we would  recommend them to our friends, and we would certainly use them again. In many ways we got a far nicer yacht even if it was frustrating, we really were grateful for all the help we had.

(Buying our first yacht initially proved difficult and frustrating over several months. Williams & Smithells were more than misled by the sellers after we had flown to Greece from England, leaving them the daunting prospect of breaking the news to us which they did with admirable courage. Still very confident in their honest service we bought our current boat through Williams & Smithells in less than a week, start to finish).
