A good start for the Allures 39.9!

2012-12-03

The yard’s teams are presently working on the construction of the first Allures 39.9, which is expected to be launched at the end of January.

Conforming to their innovative design philosophy – the key to the yard’s success for the last 10 years – the Allures 39.9 is a lifting keel yacht with a round hull built in aluminium for safety while the deck is in composite material for performance and comfort.

Built to strict specifications and designed using the feedback from many experienced circumnavigators, this unit has all the characteristics of a blue water sailing yacht.

Shallow draught, easy handling, twin helms, faired appendages, large lockers, technical area with framed canvas berth, separate shower, full size chart table, swim-platform lockers, view over the sea from the saloon, the Allures 39.9 is clearly designed for blue water cruising.

The hull was built by the Garcia Yachting shipyard reputed for the quality of the work of their boilermakers. The shipwrights are now tackling the woodwork.

Visits and trials will begin in spring 2013 out of Cherbourg.

To date, eight units are already on order. The next delivery window available is in
September 2013.
